A: we guess, patch 4.3 can not hold for one year like frozen fortress. In fact, the number of boss in xpan is not the most important.

Q: why items cannot be stored in vanity bank for a long time?

A: the game system cannot detect the only item which is placed in vanity bank. This makes players have more than one unique item in game. We have made them unique items to solve this problem.

Q: there are some changes in starter account to avoid players delete emails. But this seems to have negative influence that green hands can not look up the email. Why is that?

A: this design is made unintentionally. This may prevent treasure from being stolen.

Q: some players think the first 6 battles are easier than deathwing battles. Do you have any info to share?

A: usually later battles are more difficult than former ones. So far we cannot see whether dragon soul is too difficult.

Q: many players are able to roll two same gears with the help of raid finders. Is it designed intentionally?

A: no. but we are trying to solve this problem.
